We are driven to do our part in making the world a better place. Spotlight on leadership

PA VET PETS SMP Fundraiser-1 WEB.jpeg

Pup Glory has lead the way in pubic relations. Together with handler Omar, this type of leader in the nonprofit world takes a different approach than the “top of the pyramid” style that is often associated with executives in other industries. Rather than consolidate at the top and take on sole decision-making power, servant leaders look to share power, desiring to put the needs of others first. They are motivated by the well-being of people, by creating value for communities, and by empowering others—especially subordinates—to grow and succeed. With these characteristics in mind, it’s certainly no wonder that 53% of those surveyed identified themselves as servant leaders.

Sometimes words just can't say enough about the support your receive from good people without asking. Jeff and Missy have combined their dedication to helping our mission since our very first Gala. Jeff is a silent warrior for good. He is a man of few words but large action. Missy is a fiery and fierce warrior for good. In just two years, together, they have climbed our ranks and have been promoted to donor/fundraiser level.
